What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide evidence-based, patient-centered psychiatric care through secure telehealth. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and focused on understanding each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. Treatment plans are individualized and may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, education, and ongoing follow-up.
Clients can expect a professional, structured, and supportive environment where concerns are taken seriously and care decisions are made together. I prioritize clear communication, safety, and continuity of care, and I work to ensure that treatment is both clinically appropriate and practical for everyday life.
Appointments are conducted by scheduled telehealth sessions. I serve children, adolescents, and adults and coordinate care with other providers when appropriate to support optimal outcomes.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
1. Initial Appointment
The first visit includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand current concerns, psychiatric history, medical background, medications, and psychosocial factors. Treatment goals and expectations are discussed, and recommendations are provided based on clinical findings.
2. Treatment Planning
An individualized treatment plan is developed collaboratively. This may include medication management, education, lifestyle considerations, and coordination with therapists, primary care providers, or other specialists when appropriate.
3. Ongoing Follow-Up
Follow-up appointments are scheduled regularly to monitor symptoms, medication effectiveness, side effects, and overall progress. Adjustments to the treatment plan are made as needed to ensure safe and effective care.
4. Coordination of Care
When clinically indicated, care is coordinated with other providers, schools, or community resources to support continuity of care and improved outcomes.
5. Long-Term Management

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THIS PRACTIONER WAS GREAT THE FIRST TIME I THOUGHT FINALLY I FOUND A DOCTOR THEN WHAT HAPPENED SHE NEVER SHOWED UP. WHY DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG.
