About Dr. Lakimberly Price

Dr. LaKimberly Nicole Price received her medical degree from Howard University. At Howard, Dr. Price served as the Student National Medical Association's Chair of the Minority Association of Pre-Medical Students, a program she helped to charter at Emory University as an undergraduate student. Additionally, Dr. Price was the American Academy of Pediatrics liaison for the College of Medicine's Pediatric Interest Association, as well as the community service chairwoman for her senior class and is now a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to joining Cumberland Pediatrics, she accepted a rural physician scholarship and oversaw an inpatient and outpatient solo practice in the Savannah area. Because of her dedication in this rural community, she was nominated for Best Pediatrician in Liberty County. Dr. Price is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and now lives in North Fulton County with her husband, Attorney Demetrius Price, and their two children. She believes in creating personal relationships with her patients while providing thorough and complete medical care and is proud to bring her 10+ years of experience to Cumberland Pediatrics to continue her mission of providing exceptional medical care to Cobb County children and adolescents.
