Everyone in the Dean Optical office was friendly and professional. Despite the confirmation email and reminder text message saying one time, the receptionist said my appointment was scheduled for an hour earlier when I arrived. Maybe it was a time change glitch, but call over to confirm when booking online. Luckily, they were able to still squeeze me in that afternoon.

Olson himself is sort of bland and has no personality - when you are talking about your health, it helps to have someone that is sincere. I also had 5 PM appointments so he could have been worn out, who knows.
I WILL say his staff is always wonderful and very friendly.

I had a great experience at Dean Optical! The exam was quick and painless, Dr. Olsen was very good. And Mark who helped me pick out glasses was great! He was very patient and gave me honest opinions on different frames.

I was in and out within an hour and fifteen. This included picking out new frames. My overall experience was great. I sat for maybe 2 minutes before the pre-doctor screening. Then sat maybe five minutes between that and seeing the doctor. The doctor was friendly and listened to my concerns regarding my contacts and suggested a new brand. He was very business focused so I was in and out. The gentleman that helped me pick out frames was on point. He looked at two frames I had previously and then was able to direct me to some that were similar in style but enough of a change. I'm very satisfied with the frame I picked out.
