“Dr. Whitford actually took care of my feet! She didn't just send me home with a list of good shoes. She explained in detail what I needed for my feet to prevent my foot issues from getting worse. She sent nail clippings for biopsy, shaved off some of the dead skin on calluses, and made a mold for custom orthotics. I am very thankful for her care, and I trust her with my feet. She is also friendly, a good listener, and calm. ”

Filled out my paperwork online for no reason. Filled it out again once I got there. Got taken in to a room, waited 20, was told she was running late and it would be another half hour. The office could have called earlier to let me know. I left.

The doctor addressed my pain and concerns. x-rays were performed at the time of the appointment. The doctor was able to diagnose the problem and come up
with a plan of action during the visit. This was overall one of the best doctor visit experiences I have had in a long time. They were attentive, kind, and supportive.

Dr. Whitford was fantastic! Very kind and relatable. She understood my concern and quickly got my X-rays and offered plenty of reasonable suggestions on how to manage my heel spur. I was concerned I’d be sidelined with an upcoming international trip with lots of walking but now I feel confident with treatment and care.

It was clearly a busy day and I waited a bit but the staff made sure I had everything I needed and I told them I was in no hurry. Dr. Whitford checked my feet then ordered x-rays, looked at those and then provided me with a treatment plan, carefully listening to and answering all my questions, so I can see how appointments could run long - that's what happens when the doctor takes the time necessary to understand the patient's concerns! I was relieved to finally have a diagnosis and grateful to have a plan moving forward. Whew!

Our experience was excellent. She was extremely caring and understanding. My child is young, and she demonstrated exceptional patience explained everything that was going on, and answered all my questions, which I greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

At check in, I wasn’t impressed at all with the receptionist at the window. She made me feel like she was annoyed by me showing up. Acted bored. Poor personality for someone at the window to greet and check in patients. Especially a new patient such as myself. Even the assistant who walked me back to the room had pretty much the same demeanor. As far as my experience with the doctor, I felt she was qualified and gave a good medical assessment. She offered good advice. However, she added to my disappointment with the staff when we walked up to the front after my consultation and didn’t say anything to me. She said something to the receptionist, and then just walked away. Being a new patient and scheduling a next appointment for my procedure, it would’ve been nice for her to at least say ”goodbye” “nice to meet you”.. something?
Nope. I left the office with the same blah feeling I got when I walked in.
