I have as many people as I can going to her now because she is the best I've ever had in managing my meds and taking the whole person into account. I can’t say enough good things. Getting to know Lari Quintero

I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized mental health care. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your treatment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, sleep concerns, and life transitions, and I believe in blending therapy-informed medication management with practical lifestyle tools so you can feel your best in daily life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free space where you can openly talk about what you’re going through. I tailor treatment to your individual needs—whether that’s medication management, lifestyle support, or helping you build better daily habits. My style is warm, direct, and practical. I explain things in a way that makes sense, involve you in every decision, and make sure you always understand your options. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and we work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a supportive, collaborative space where we focus on understanding your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals. Your first visit includes a full diagnostic evaluation and a discussion of treatment options, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies for daily life. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, making adjustments, and ensuring you feel guided and supported. Controlled Medication Policy I do not prescribe stimulants, benzodiazepines, or other controlled substances for convenience, replacement, or urgent refill requests. I do not initiate or continue any controlled medication without: A recent physical examination completed and documented by me Appropriate monitoring, safety review, and clear clinical justification All treatment decisions are individualized and based on safety, evidence-based guidelines, and long-term well-being.
