I waited about an hour and a half in the doctor's office so I have no comments

The office called the day before my appointment asking me to come in 2 hours prior my scheduled time and we both confirmed the change. I arrived the next day and they still had my appointment booked for 2 hours later so they then had to “squeeze me in.” I waited 1.5 hours until I saw the doctor for 2 minutes max. In my appointment summary are details of a physical exam and conversation with the doctor about next steps, neither of which actually occurred. I then had to wait another 30 minutes to see the lab techs who then couldn’t figure out whether or not I needed bloodwork (I didn’t).

Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor had a good bedside manner. Only complaint is I had to wait 2 hours and only spent 10 minutes with doctor.

The doctor was frantic, and rushed.

Honestly this was a terrible visit. Not only was I forced to wait an hour, but this provider is not good. I showed up before my appointment and completed the initial paperwork and check in in advance. Once I got it I had to wait 45 min before being taken to an exam room. I checked in with the front desk and they were not helpful, And then waited 15 more minutes for the provider at which point she came in for about 6-7 minutes max. There was minimal interest in my history and just a quick summary of what the assistant told her. She asked basic questions and I could tell she was disinterested disengaged and rushing to leave. She prescribed something quickly and it felt like a blanket approach. No bedside manner, just the bare minimum. In summary wasted time/money stepping out of work and didn’t get to discuss my treatment options, ask questions or review other concerns. This is already an invasive field so to then feel rushed and unheard was just terrible. I do not plan on coming back.

This office should not book patients before 8:30am. For 8am appointment you will always wait 30 minutes before you're seen (consistent issue), even though they text you and tell you to come at 7:45am, the staff sit in their cars in the parking lot, and only open the doors at 8:01am. Then they walk in and catch up with each other for 10 minutes, then they collect your money, then they have computer+printer issues, and then you wait another 10 minutes. It's fine if that's how you run things, but if someone makes an appointment for a specific time, then that's the time they should be seen. If the doctor is running late because of a previous patient that's completely understandable; and if staff need time to get situated that's fine too - but then your first appointment should be at 8:30 and all earlier time should be unavailable. Patients' time is valuable too, they take time off from work and make important commitments around their appointment.

The office requests that you show up at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment; if you're the first appointment in the morning NO STAFF will be there, the office doesn't open until 5 minutes after your appointment. When everyone finally shows up and unlocks the doors, they take another 15 minutes to catch up on personal stuff. Overall, expect to wait 25-30 minutes to be seen even if there's no one ahead of you.
