Such a pleasant experience with the Doctors of Internal Medicine–Castle!Austin at the front desk was incredibly friendly, kind, and patient,especially when walking me through insurance details and payment questions,which I really appreciated.
Dr. Laura H. was warm, empathetic, and took the time to truly listen to all of my questions and concerns regarding women’s health and hormone levels.I never felt rushed, and she thoughtfully explained several options I could consider moving forward.I left the appointment feeling heard, supported,& confident in the care I received.
Dr. Laura’s assistants were great listeners and helped make the visit feel comfortable from start to finish. The nurse who drew my blood, also named Laura, was especially wonderful.She made the process smooth and reassuring!
Being relatively new to the area,after learning more about the range of primary care services they specialize in during my visit,I’m truly looking forward to continuing my care with this practice!

Laura Holloway was excellent as always. It was worth the effort to find her and re-connect as she was a previous medical provider in Prosper Texas. She is consistently warm and genuinely interested in helping discover problems and formulating a treatment plan. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate care.
Ashlyn, a medical assistant, was also excellent in every way possible as she entered a new medical record for this practice. Everyone at this office was very nice and accommodating, and I will definitely be back with no hesitation.

I would highly recommend Laura Holloway as a provider. She listens, and is professional, friendly, and truly cares about her patients. She is knowledgeable, experienced and she, along with her wonderful office, have many resources that I know are going to be very helpful to me and to my family. Each member of the staff were also professional, friendly, and put me at ease for my first visit to their office. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and if you are looking for the same, you should give them an opportunity to help you out, too.

Laura is wonderful. She takes her time with you. She listens and doesn’t rush through the appointment. She does a great job of explaining and trying to work through wellness solutions with you and isn’t quick to just write script and send you on your way. Amazing provider.
