My entire experience as a new patient was so smooth and easy. I arrived 15 minutes early per request for paperwork and was called in precisely at my scheduled appointment time. The staff and nurses were great with paperwork and vitals prior to meeting with the doctor. Dr. Norman was fantastic! She listened, explained the exam from start to end, and was reassuring of my entire physical. The level of respect she gave to me as a new patient reassured me that she was the best doctor for me establish care with. Absolutely recommend Dr. Norman and her team!

I went in with really low expectations bc of how many times I’ve been disappointed with doctors in the past. She exceeded my expectations restored my faith in the fact that good doctors still exists. She took the time to listen, ask, and evaluate. Answered all my questions. Didn’t brush anything off and genuinely cared. I didn’t feel like just another number but an actual patient. 11/10 recommend!!

My initial thought upon meeting Dr. Laura Norman for the first time, which continued throughout my wellness exam was how happy and grateful I was that she was accepting new patients!! I chose her after having read many reviews of her on Zocdoc and they all hold up! She is genuine when saying that she wants her patients to have a positive experience with their doctor. I was also most impressed that she called me directly to deliver my very positive lab results. I highly recommend her!

I booked an appointment with this doctor because I believed that could help me, I'm an intersex transwoman and even when I explained this to them they changed my gender marker from F to M, no doctor or specialist who I have ever seen has done this, I don't have a Male body or male dominant hormones, if they test by Male blood test everything would come back as low, I have smaller organs, less blood volume, lower bone mass, and low protein, all of these things are higher in cis men, it's truly unbelievable how these people don't know that, I will never book again.

Dr. Laura Norman was fantastic! She listened to every thing I said and was very understanding. I am so very thankful to have found her! It was comforting to finally meet a doctor who actually sits down, listens, and gives thorough explanations. She didn’t rush through my appointment and went above and beyond what I even came in for so I didn’t feel like just another patient/number. First time I came out of an appointment feeling heard and excited for things to move forward.
