“The front desk was not necessarily unpleasant to me, but their phone etiquette I overheard was very rude in tone. They were decent towards me, not nice but not rude. I also kept hearing the employees conversations outside the room about their personal lives and just felt like it was a bit unprofessional being that I was sitting there waiting and they were a bit loud, the doctor herself and the assistant were great and kind though!”

About Laura Smith

Laura graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a minor in Genetics. She then earned her Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University.
She has volunteered for community skin cancer screenings and spoken to groups about maintaining good skin health, as well as providing knowledge about detecting skin cancers. She is a firm believer in regular skin exams, as skin is our largest organ! Laura provides patients with the education and information needed to better understand their condition and course of treatment.
Laura has been practicing since 2013, beginning in her home state of North Carolina before moving to New York, where she practiced for five years. She and her husband are now happy to be back in North Carolina to stay.

Very great visit. Both doctors were very great listeners and understanding. They also make sure to help with anything or answer any questions you have about your skin. They also make sure to give you a run down on everything so you won't be confused. Very great energy so you can feel comfortable.
