I enjoyed my annual visit but have had a very hard time getting in contact with her after my visit to update some bloodwork orders. When I call the office I’m sent to an offsite team and when I message her directly on their app I don’t get a response. It’s important to be able to reach a provider even after a visit.

Convenient, fast, professional. I would certainly go back there again, but I don’t want to overuse them as I do have a primary care doctor. However, primary care couldn’t see me for a month over the issue I was going through.

I had an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. I forgot to bring a mask and didn't notice until I arrived, but thankfully, there were free masks right by the door. checking in was a breeze. The whole office was very clean. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the receptionist and nurse to my provider, Lauren. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a compassionate and friendly team

My previous primary care doctor left her practice and I was never notified so I had to make an appointment with someone to get my prescription refilled. I had a couple questions I wanted to ask about as well. Dr. Sigmon was BRILLIANT! Best bedside manner, super patient, and listened to every concern and question I had. We also went through my medical history with ease. I finally feel like I found a primary care doctor who gets me and I intend to follow up with her soon! There’s a reason she has some of the best reviews and I strongly recommend her!

Wonderful experience - I typically don't enjoy the Doctors Office. Lauren is relatable and very educated. She is my first PCP in years and absolutely rocks! I would recommend to everyone.

The office was very clean and calm. The receptionist was friendly. I arrived early and barely had to wait. Lauren was fantastic. She took the time to listen to and address all my health concerns. She is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. This was the best doctor’s appointment I have had in a very long time. 10/10 recommend.

I came here since it's two blocks down from my job. I booked it early in the morning so I could avoid the wait. When I got there, it was very quick. Since I did my pre-sign in before I came for my appointment, which made it so much easier check in. The staffs are friendly. Even my provider was very quick and a great listener. I learned a lot from her. I would recommend going to this place.

Personable, listened closely, noted all complaints, acknowledged relatives remarks and followed through with testing. Explained different shots and vaccinations. Talked about being a diabetic and the different meds for it. Discussed fears of becoming hypoglycemic.

I blame zoc doc for this, but i needed a derm PA not a family doctor PA. She basically didn’t know anything and had no solutions to anything other than pushing antibiotics (she wasn’t even sure it would work, then why blindly prescribe antibiotics..). She didn’t offer any testing, didn’t even look at my skin tbh. I am very comfortable with my body, but they way she brushed over my concerns and didn’t bother to check out my rash (probably because she knew she wouldn’t be able to help with anything because she’s not a derm pa) made me feel like a naked girl in a room with people staring at me, not like a woman having a skin exam. She was nice, but didn’t know anything or even next steps. Just kept shrugging her shoulders without even thinking of what to do. Great job in the health care industry. Never seeing a family doctor again for anything except a genetic cold of annual exam. What a waste of time. I’d continue my rant about the nurses and staff but I don’t have enough characters.

My experience with Allcare was very impressive. I was quickly seen and everyone in the office very professional. Office was very clean and my time in office about an hour which was very good my questions all answered and my appointment was not rushed. My doctor touched all basics making sure all concerns were addressed.
