The office is inviting and the staff was so welcoming. Dr. Swerdloff took a lot of time with me because it was my first visit. I never felt rushed and I feel very confident about her.

I am a board-certified family physician in practice since 1990. My goal is to provide excellent quality health at the most reasonable price I am able to. In order to make sure I give every patient the time and care they deserve, my staff will reach out to you prior to your appointment to confirm your insurance, help you understand your benefits and gather more information about how we can help you.
Some of the services I focus on primarily are: family medicine, urgent care, general health and wellness, thermography, anti-aging/longevity, hormone treatments, Wiley Protocol, detox/chelation, alternative/integrative medicine, travel medicine, and weight loss.
The health care I offer is individualized toward each patients needs. I integrate both the latest conventional (allopathic) and alternative approaches to preventive and therapeutic medicine. I would like to help my patients find the “Joie de Vivre” that will enable them to live more vital, healthier, and longer lives. My approach combines the principles of conventional medicine with nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, and other alternative approaches to problems. My goal is to improve the quality of my patient’s lives.

I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Swerdloff in the morning because I understand that the earlier you go, the shorter your wait time will be. I was the first appointment scheduled and she was very late. To her credit, she did do a thorough physical, but also ordered every test imaginable- which was unnecessary and costly. She didn't listen very well either, which was quite frustrating. Finally, her office is very disorganized. You won't be able to get any lab results back without making a second appointment, and you will also wait a long time in the waiting room just to see your lab results. I needed an adjustment made on my insurance and had to call several times just to get her correct email address. The best part of my visit was the referral I obtained for a different specialist I now see.

Small 1 doc office. She is great with knowledge on the body and supplements, but she runs late on appointments because she will talk about them a lot. I only had an appointment for my yearly check up to get another year of birth control prescriptions. She told me she doesn't like birth control because of how it affects your body, and it shows because over 1 week later she hasn't refilled my prescription. She's probably a great doc for someone that has a lot of needs and health issues, but not for my case.

Dr.Swerdloff was very nice and very knowledgable. Her assistants were also very pleasant. I was a bit put off by the wait time and the disorganization. I have yet to get the bill, but had to sign a paper stating that I would pay (very high) prices if my insurance didn't cover certain things. I hope they do... that might change my review since prices weren't really covered in my appointment. I do love her approach to natural medicine and health.

extremely unprofessional office. was completely put off the first moment i walked in by how unorganized everything was and how cluttered the office was. not only did i have to wait forever, the office itself is basically one giant room thats partially sectioned off by makeshift walls and fabric so you can hear everything going on in the patient rooms and in the main office. theres no sense of privacy and i actually heard the doctor diagnosing other patients and knew her staff/other patients could overhear my session when she treated me, which is just creepy. will never ever come back here.

The waiting room is beyond dirty - think stained carpet, old magazines ... did I mention the carpet? Seriously the germs and old dried food in that carpet alone would keep me away. Also untrained staff, weird and confusing paperwork, and I was never called with test results.
