She was kind and asked a lot of questions to gather as much information as possible. I booked my appointment to get access to anxiety medication ( SSRI’s ), and she asked if I would like to take supplements first, suggested i could try neurofeedback therapy and described what it was / it’s reliability, and asked me if I’d like to try a low dose 5mg over the initial 10. I appreciated her persistence in understanding what I was looking for, but still letting me know the other options available. She also helped me order some bloodwork tests to better look into what exactly about my body that might be making the anxiety worse. Super helpful! Loved her :)

Where do I even start to describe how amazing it is to have an appointment with Carmen Marti! Sadly, all we are used to is going to see a doc where you are not listened to and not seen.
