Verified patient
Very happy with my first visit
Verified patient
Really pushes for tests, which mean an extra copay charge at least, talks with an attitude like barking at you without listening or understanding the concern.
Verified patient
I highly recommend this doctor because he is truly attentive to a patient and listens carefully. He didn't ignore any of the provided details and provided feedback for all concerns. The treatment which was administered made sense to me and should work.

MA was really nice.

He knows what he’s doing. I think he’s a great doctor but the appointment felt rushed and he was very quick to blame everything on anxiety (even when that didn’t exactly make sense). I’m glad that he still ordered some further tests but I don’t love that he was so fast to blow off my symptoms.
My experience was like no other. It was an in and out process that caused me no trouble. I love the late hours they stay open, makes it very convenient for me to attend to the appointments. Dr. Laurence Milgrim and his staffs is also amazing, like miracle workers, and I’m looking forward to becoming a long- term patient??

I booked an appointment on Zoc but at the time of my visit, they had not my name on the schedule ? so I had to see the physician, assistant and ladies at the desk were mean not very nice

I visited this location for an ENT related visit. I had issues with my hearing. The ENT segment for hearing is on the second floor. You walk through from the main building, head right then up the ramp using the elevator or stairs. Dr. Milgrim was extremely friendly and thorough. He is very professional and after telling him your symptoms, he can provide you with the next steps. For me, it was an allergy test. I still have an upcoming appointment, but I'd definitely recommend all my friends and family to go to this location. The staff are all friendly, communication is on point and clear. They digitally email and text you for your appointments, and give you an online access for your visit details. 5/5 experience. Thank you!

The staff was nice. But..what really stood out was the Dr's explanation of my condition and the well explained facts and details using the diagram. I've had this missing link for over 50 years..No knowledge at all about what the function of the missing part in my ear was or it's purpose.But..now I do and knowledge is a great gift. Well it feels great to understand things..and the importance on follow ups.
Didn’t really listen to what I was saying about my issue then quickly prescribed me 5 different medications. Went to another doctor and the problem was figured out.
Great doctor but the checkin staff was unpleasant and after I gave her all my information medical cards identification she asked the same question twice like I was giving her false information?
Verified patient
Went for a self pay consult and my vitals were not taken. Physician was great however, I have never had any type of medical exam with no vital signs taken so that was quite odd for me and not standard of care.
The doctor was super rude , have no manners to talk or listen to patient’s concerns. He was not good at all, never seen such ill-mannered doctor ever. Would never go to him again ever.
Make sure to call them first too! They can't see you booked an appointment via Zocdoc, and you need to bring your details anyway
Doctor removed a blockage in my ear that has been there over a decade. Very professional and I will never go anywhere else but here in the future.

I would not recommend this office. They are extremely unorganized. I went as a new patient in need of an ENT doctor. I was very clear about the pharmacy I use. I supplied the name, address and phone number. They sent it to a completely different pharmacy with a different name. I used the phone number on the paperwork to contact the doctors office and never was able to contact anyone. The phone rang endlessly with no answer nor VM. I found another number online and I finally got someone. They then sent them to the correct pharmacy which made things even more complicated. Because the first input was never cancelled. I went back and forth between 3 different pharmacies to no avail. I called the office back. The nurse was expecting me to go on a wild goose chase. To track down 3 medications at different pharmacies. This was an awful first impression so I told her to cancel the prescriptions and cancel my follow up appointment.

The staff was professional and friendly. The facility was clean and full of life. The doctor was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Made an appointment only to show up and them not know about it. Saying I booked myself for a date I was obviously not available in my calendar. I even showed them the text message I got as a reminder for the day of appointment. Wasted gas, my time, and someone's time who had to drive me there because I'm not in a condition to drive myself.

Dr. Millgrim came across very caring and reassuring. He calmed me down when I came in nervous about the appointment. He knew exactly what was wrong and came up with a plan for recovery. Will see him again.
Great experience!
Verified patient
Dr. Milgram patiently addressed each and every question I had with utmost clarity. He outlined a comprehensive plan to investigate and identify the symptoms that were troubling me. The office was clean and impressively accommodating for individuals with disabilities like myself. Not only were the staff warm and welcoming, but they also went above and beyond in their assistance, ensuring I had no trouble completing the necessary forms.
