Depending on individual needs, care may also include lifestyle recommendations, stress management strategies, sleep support, brief supportive therapy, and referrals for additional therapeutic services when appropriate. I value patient autonomy and believe treatment decisions should be collaborative, informed, and tailored to each person’s goals and comfort level.
