I believe medication can be an important part of treatment, but it is not always the only solution. Depending on individual needs, care may also include lifestyle recommendations, stress management strategies, sleep support, brief supportive therapy, and referrals for additional therapeutic services when appropriate.
I value patient autonomy and believe treatment decisions should be collaborative, informed, and tailored to each person’s goals and comfort level.
