Originally from New York, Dr. Levitan attended Columbia University for his undergraduate degree. He pursued his medical degree at Albany Medical College and completed a residency program focused on the study of obstetrics and gynecology at the Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Levitan has also completed a fellowship in obstetrics and gynecology at the New York University Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center.
Patients visiting Dr. Levitan can receive a full range of gynecological and obstetric care. Annual gynecological examinations, ultrasound, and Pap smear procedures are available, as well as treatment for issues including abdominal pain and urinary tract infection. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Levitan enjoys golf, gardening, and travel.

I have had better consultations. It was too brief and impersonal being that I am a first time patient. My Dr. recently retired and I decided to go with him, but I may need to find another GYN.
