Return customer! Dr. Jaffe remains caring, considerate, and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being. Wait time to get in took about 30 minutes--but I was the first appointment, and once I was with someone everything from there was very speedy.
Very attentive, and patient. Excellent doctor! Highly recommend.
So rude and not caring. Was aggressive and tried to make me feel dumb. She mood swings, not professional.
Really liked my appointment with Dr. Jaffe. She's extremely conversational, definitely puts you at ease & is very knowledgable without being condescending.
Julia Jaffe was professional and very easy to talk to. Refreshing.
Incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Made me feel comfortable as did the other physicians assisting and doing bloodwork.
I always love seeing Dr. Jaffe - super friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions about the form of b.c. that I wanted.
She was very personable and informative. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was incredibly comfortable during the exam. The wait was minimal in the office and everything was very clean. Highly recommend
She was amazing! Very easy to talk to. Informative and kind.
Best doctor I've ever been to!
She was great! I was very nervous and had a lot of questions. She was very friendly and down to earth & answered all my questions . I never felt rushed. Overall great experience! I highly recommend!
Dr. Jaffe was very warm and kind, very understanding, and helpful. Overall, the staff was friendly and polite and the rooms were clean.
Julia Jaffe is lovely, so nice and helpful and made me feel totally at ease. I would recommend her to anyone.
Long wait (an hour and a half), and the front desk assistants unfortunately were not very friendly.
The wait was 50 minutes in the morning - not ok!! The waiting room and facilities/rooms in general aren't very nice. There are a lot better OB/Gyn places in the city. This place is good cause it's easy to get an appointment, but I will not be going here again.
Doctor was fine. She answered questions and spent a bit of time explaining what could be the issue, which I appreciated. Front desk staff are not the warmest, and definitely could improve in reception.
Dr. Jaffa is a friendly doctor who is attentive to her patients and extremely helpful.
I had a really good experience- I was seen right away, Dr. Jaffe was very nice and helpful and took time to talk with me.
Dr. Julia was great! She was knowledgeable and caring. I would see her again.
Dr. Jaffe was excellent - explained everything, answered my questions, and had a wonderful bedside manner. I am so happy I found this office!
She was very nice and answered all of my questions.
Julia was awesome, easy to talk to
I loved Dr. Jaffe! Super friendly and eased a lot of my worries. Would reccomend her to any of my girlfriends :)
My experience with Dr. Jaffe herself was fine - pretty standard. Unfortunately, I was not seen my anyone until 12 (my appointment was at 11) - and this was after I came in early to do my paperwork. While I would've thought there was some kind of emergency, the doctor informed me that they typically get behind during the lunch hours. If that's the case I suggest they don't schedule patients during these hours considering we all have lives and also need a lunch break.
Dr. Jaffe was very nice! While the appointment felt a bit rushed, and the wait was almost 1.5 hours, I would go back.
Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes and Dr. Jaffe was awesome! She listened to my needs and took time to answer all my questions - even if they didn't directly apply to that day's appointment. She also let me add on a procedure I didn't have scheduled for that day. Really happy with her, the office, and overall experience.
She was great! Friendly and professional at the same time.
Dr. Jaffe was brusk and seemed to do nothing more than a cursory check of me - despite concerns.
Waited over an hour to be seen and the visit felt very rushed.
Dr Jaffe was very professional and helpful while still making me feel completely at ease. I'm a little old to be going to the OBGYN for the first time but she talked me through the basics and alleviated my fears
Doctor didn't show any condideration about the issue I had.
The doctor was nice and professional but overall the visit was quick and felt rushed and I don't think I got all the information that I needed. Had to wait close to an hour before my appointment started and found that the front desk staff was curt and somewhat condescending.
julia jaffe was efficient and very nice. i would Definitely recommend her! the appt was hurried, but i think she was trying to help me get out of there asap. which makes sense considering i waited an hour and half. i signed in at 3:15p for a 3:30p appt. i didn't actually get called back and see the doctor until 4:40p. julia apologized for the wait and i appreciated that and the receptionists were very nice. one Big con was the women who took my blood pressure and weight. no bed side manner, she actually seemed annoyed to have to deal with me. then i heard her tell dr. julia jaffe that i had left the waiting room and that is why i wasn't in sooner - which was wrong and some what deplorable. she barely looked around the room i was the only one in the whole room at this point, sitting next to their one plant in the office just right of the reception desk. i hadn't moved in over an hour. i wouldn't recommend her or this office if you are on any kind of time constraint.
I really liked Dr. Jaffe. She was smart, sympathtic and worked on an action plan for my issues. I highly recommend her.
I dont notmally write reviews, while the visit in itself was not horrible. I had an appointmebt yeterday was told ny medication would br sent to the pharmacy, called the office spoke to the doctor spoke to the front desk, no one has sent my prescription. Called about 5 times was put on hold for about 10-30 mins each time. Only to be given an excuse about my medication each and every single time. While writing this review im actually still waiting for someone to send my prescription... i thought all it takes is someone going on the PC and sending it to the pharmacy.. did not know it was such a tedious task...
Very productive and helpful.
Quick, courteous, professional--it was exactly what a doctor's appointment should be like. Dr. Jaffe explained everything she was doing and was very polite. Between her and the rest of the staff I felt welcome and comfortable and would be absolutely willing to come back for another appointment, should the need arise.
She was very informative and pleasant! The office is very clean and I didn't wait long.
I needed an asap appointment before heading out of town and grabbed the time slot thru zoc doc. The office was very busy, but everyone was professional and I was seen a few mins after filling out the new patient paperwork. They called in the prescription a little later than I was told, but not the end of the world considering how many patients they had that day.
Dr. Jaffe was helpful and easy to talk to!
My visit with Dr. Jaffe was great. She spent an unhurried while with me, and was patient with my slew of questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend her practice and will continue to frequent Gramercy Gynecology.
I was surprised by how kind, helpful, and patient everyone at this office was from the front desk to Dr. Jaffe. I don't like going to the doctors and especially the OB/GYN, but this visit really changed my mind. I felt comfortable, respected, and heard.
Pleasant and to the point!
