The only less positive part of the experience was the phlebotomist, who seemed pushy about having the blood work done there rather than releasing the lab order so I could use a lab covered by my insurance. When I asked which lab they would be sending my samples to, she became upset and did not respond appropriately to my questions. I would have appreciated more transparency and a more respectful approach.”
