I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist, and my approach is centered around creating a collaborative and safe space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their feelings, challenges, and goals without fear of judgment. I believe that healing and growth thrive in an environment of trust, and I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s ups and downs.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I specialize in supporting children and teens struggling with anxiety and depression, providing them with the tools they need to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and regain confidence. Through a compassionate and patient approach, I help young people gain insight into their feelings, empowering them to develop coping strategies that will last a lifetime.
I also work closely with women, helping them rediscover their inner strength, navigate life transitions, and overcome the barriers that may be holding them back. Additionally, I support couples and families as they work to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their connections.

I’ve been a client of Leanna’s for over 2 years now. She’s helped me through postpartum depression among MANY other things. She is super easy to talk to about any and all issues going on in my life. She always responds right away if messaged and has helped me immensely, I honestly don’t know what I would do without her she’s truly changed my life.
