Dr. Solan is amazing, but her nurse is very unprofessional. She actually let a recommendation sit unaccknowledhed for weeks before even addressing it, and then treated me poorly when I became frustrated with the lack of care.

My check-in was quick, the nurses were amazing, friendly and attentive. Best Dr I have had. Listened to my concerns took care of my issues and was VERY personable! Office staff returning from lunch even said, "Have a Good Day Mr. Goad"!

My experience was very good. The entire staff was polite and professional. The doctor listened very well and answered all my concerns. I was able to get a follow-up appointment with not scheduling problems. Due to construction outside, it had a problem trying to figure out which entrance into the building/elevator. I would recommend this office location and Dr. Sloan to family and friends.

Dr. Sloan's office was very welcoming and friendly. I was on time and seen very shortly after I arrived. By the time I left, it felt like Dr. Sloan had been my physician for years. Very personable and explained anything I did not understand thoroughly. I was unsure of switching doctor's, but she came highly recommended and I am very pleased with my decision.

I enjoyed Dr. Slon the only con would be the wait to see her although her CMA stated that they usually run on time but was a little behind today.

Dr. Sloan is an professional, kind, very thorough, shares different ways of helping to solve your health issues. Explains in detail, she asks if you have any questions, if you understood her methods of describing your health needs. I really appreciate being her patient.
Looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Sloan at IU Health physcians.

Dr. Sloan is a great physician. This is thesecond visit when I've had over an hour wait from time of check in (on time for scheduled apt) to being seen. I reminded office staff of this at check in but it did not help the situation. The time issue is irritating as they would reschedule if I arrived more than 15 min late. I feel as if there is no value placed on my time and no rush to keep appointments on schedule.

Dr. Sloan is always attentive and caring. She takes the time to listen to her patients and fully explains the diagnosis as well as the treatment plan before concluding the appointment. Plus, she's got a fantastic charisma about her, which always makes me feel better - even when I'm sick as a dog!

Dr. Sloan was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with me and seemed genuinely interested in my well being. She contacted another physician with a question about my care and she even called me back at home with a follow up suggestion. She was fabulous.
