Dr. Lewis grew up in Medford Lakes, NJ & Phoenix, AZ and worked for several years in the field of community mental health before relocating to the Pacfic NW for medical school. She is a graduate of Bastyr University and has completed a 2-year post-graduate training program that included over 500 hours of clinical rotations with a number of medical doctors in a broad range of specialties. She has a special interest in integrative health care for women of all ages, combining evidenced-based naturopathic, conventional and Chinese therapies. Dr. Lewis specializes in general gynecology, menstrual disorders, menopause, infertility and pre-pregnancy counseling. She also utilizes acupuncture in combination with other therapies and offers pre-post treatments for women undergoing in vitro fertilization. Dr. Lewis has been in clinical practice since 2003. An avid athlete competing in a variety of endurance running, cycling and triathlon events frequently throughout the year, Dr. Lewis puts special emphasis on nutrition and exercise in health maintenance and disease prevention and treatment. She enjoys spending time eating, traveling and cycling with her husband.

Dr. Lewis is really great. She has a great balance of knowledgable professional with a kind heart. She takes the time to not only understand the medical needs of her patient but also the patient's personal health goals. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a physician who is authentically interested in women's medical care.

Every time I visit Dr Leigh Lewis I get such wonderful direct care. I know she listens and hears everything I say, and helps with the issue at hand. Today I feel comepletly relaxed and centered after this visit.
