Dr. Rozmaryn is great. However, the office has not yet effectively integrated the ZocDoc platform. On my first visit I had to redo by hand all the intake paperwork because "Zocdoc doesn't transfer". On this visit, I was not on the schedule, even though I had a ZocDoc appointment. I was told someone in the office probably forgot to confirm it...so I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment to see the Doctor.

The one thing I didn't like it that they didn't and wouldn't download the forms I filled out beforehand on zocdoc

I have seen Dr. Rozmaryn numerous times for issues with my hands. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

He maybe?a good doctor if he thinks your worth his time. I was sent to him to explore a bone abnormalitie and for a second opinion, my original doctor thought I should see a specialist and suggest this practice. Dr. Rozmaryn seemed very aloof and like he had more important things to be doing, never even felt the external lump on my leg. Didn't provide me with any real information other than he thought it was nothing looking at the X-ray.

He is an absolutely fantastic hand surgeon with a wonderful "bedside" manner. He takes the time to listen to you and to fully explain his diagnosis and the available treatment options. So, waiting a bit to see him is no problem because you know that when he gets to you he will take the time you and he need to deal with your problem. The last person in the world I would want to rush with me or any other patient just to stay on an arbitrary schedule is my doctor.

Dr. Rozmaryn was gruff, not going out of his way to be courteous. He was annoyed that my two children were with me. He said, "Well we'll see how far we get with them in here." After they behaved perfectly he was praising them by the end of the appointment. Jerk. He told me that my hand pain was NOT arthritis and then offered a treatment plan that would be used for arthritis - long-acting non-steroidal oral medication, heat, etc. I asked him, "If this isn't arthritis, then why can't I just take regular ibuprofen as needed?" He said, "Oh that won't last as long. You should take "med X" because it lasts for 24 hours." What?? I said, "No thank you." As crusty/cranky/rude/non-listening/non-caring as this MD was, the physical therapy staff on the other side of the office went above and beyond. Including giving snacks and toys to my kiddos when they got tired of waiting patiently.

Appointment was 8.45 am, doctor came in about 10.15 am and almost immediately ram back out to attend to another patient. Later on, he was okay but not particularly good.

Unfortunate wait time today. But everyone was very nice and apologetic. Quick x-ray, Dr. Rozmaryn is very friendly. He spent a good amount of time explaining my injury and gave me some exercises to help. He listened to what I had to say, could empathize with my injury and I didn't feel like he was rushing me out the door.

It was great. Dr. Rozmaryn is great - he quickly was able to identify the issue, he expertly knew what to do about it, and he instilled within me a real confidence in his ability to help. He also demonstrated care for people by squeezing in extra urgent patients.

He had a great bedside manner. Made me feel comfortable and confident in him. I wouldn't hesitate to return to recommend him to others.
October 22, 2016Michael K.Verified patient
The doc put together my finger when I thought it might be impossible. He went through a procedure and didn't actually have to graft skin to do what he did. THAT was much appreciated because skin graphs take weeks and they really stink. He was able to think about the procedure before we went into surgery and what was decided turned out to be the better procedure. So he's extremely conscientious and caring about what he does.

I found Dr. Rozmaryn to be highly knowledgeable, friendly without being unctuous, and frank about the benefits and potential drawbacks of the surgery. Likewise, his X-Ray technician was friendly, courteous, and patient while explaining instructions. The relationship between the receptionist and Zocdoc needs some improvement. After spending several minutes filling out patient history forms on Zocdoc when making my appointment, I received a notice from Zocdoc saying the information would be transferred to Dr. Rozmaryn's office. When I got to the office, the receptionist informed me that she doesn't use Zocdoc for patient histories and I would need to fill out the forms again. Why waste patients' time filling out the same forms twice?

Dr. Rozmaryn took the time to thoroughly explain my injury and wasted no time with beginning treatment. I think I would have had to schedule another appointment somewhere else to do everything he did in one appointment. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. All the staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Looking forward to healing and my follow up appointment.

Waiting time was a little long. The purpose of the appointment was to examine the extent of a sports injury. Including x-rays and time spent in the lobby, the appointment took close to two hours. Besides that, I am extremely happy with this office and will definitely come back in the future.

We never met Dr. Rozmaryn because of errors made by ZocDoc... I don't really know his bedside manner. I was not able to submit survey feedback about ZocDoc without filling in one of the choices listed for Dr. Rozmaryn. "Not applicable" was not a choice.
