Excellent staff, and doctor, not a long wait time.

Dr. Foley listened to carefully to my problem, asked questions, did a very thorough examination. He discussed treatment and possible outcomes, asked several times if I had questions. Everyone was kind and professional. Maybe not warm and fuzzy, but that is not what I need. I need specific help, and that is what I received. Kudos!
Verified patient
Dr Foley listens and responds to my questions. He doesn’t promise anything but tells me what we can hope for and our goals in my healing.
Verified patient
The doctor's office called about 45 minutes before my appointment to inform me that Dr. Foley was unavailable due to an emergency. As a result, I had to reschedule for a later date. When I finally saw Dr. Foley, there was no mention of the canceled appointment or any apology for the inconvenience. It felt as though I was more of an inconvenience to him, and he seemed eager to leave, despite interacting with me for less than five minutes. Dr. Foley simply referred me for an MRI, offering no explanation about why it was necessary or any insight into my injury. I reached out to him via the patient portal over a week ago but have not received a response. Messages left with his medical assistants are rarely returned, and I had to make about four calls before someone finally called me back, despite assurances that I would receive a return call by the end of the day each time.
Verified patient
My overall experience was great! I was pleased with the process of diagnosis and the care plan was conservative, which alignes with my values. I would recommend to friends and family. I will return for a follow up appointment if my condition does not resolve.

10 stars for Dr. Foley!

Verified patient
I would definitely go back. I was very happy with the surgery and the outcome of the surgery. The doctor explained everything to me so I had a very clear understanding of what was going on.
Great experience hope I won't need surgery.

Dr Foley listened to my injury explanation and reviewed the X-ray. He confirmed no structural damage to the elbow joint. Gave me several recommendations to help eliminate the swelling and hopefully aid in restoring the elbow to it’s normal function.
Verified patient
I really appreciated how Dr. Foley very patiently walked through all the medications and preventive measures I needed to take. Thank you MedStar for physicians like Dr. Foley. Bob Stross
Verified patient
Dr Foley listens and takes time to explain about the causes, symptoms , and treatment options. My appointment was for 2:45pm and it took more than an hour to be seen. I’ll try making an early appointment next time.
Very efficient. Registration, x-rays, doc visit, and steroid injection all in 30 minutes. Feeling much better 24 hours after the injection.
Verified patient
Very effective staff at getting a new patient into their system. Very friendly, from the greeter/paper generation, Nurse interview, current status forms, Was not able to complete the new guy stuff before they were going to move me to the doctor/patient interview. Doctor is a very open and direct person which I found refreshing. Discussion of what I had, what they could do (options). Very assured presentation.
Got me in last minute. I was seen right away, X-rayed, diagnosed, everything was explained clearly, and my prescription was ready at my pharmacy by the time I got home.
