“Dr. Bhatnagar is great. The office needs a office manger. There are challenges making an appointment via phone and the average wait time is 30-50 minutes. It would be nice to inform patients with an appointment that there is a delay”

Doctor seemed to rush through exam and diagnosis. He did provide me a referral for me to get an MRI, which is what I needed.
Verified patient
Spent less than four minutes in the room with me and shoved me out the door without discussing what I was going through.
I felt rushed. They were getting ready to close and I just felt like nothing was accomplished and sent home still in pain
Dr. Bhatnagar was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

It was great took time to go over everything with me. Wanted to know about my other health issues. Treated me like a person and not a number rushing me in and out

Nice doctor. Very respectful
Verified patient
Dr. Bhatnagar is a caring professional who had my trust from my first visit several years ago. It is important to me that trust and respect are mutual between patient and doctor and I definitely feel that way with Dr. Bhatnagar. I never feel that my pain is doubted, nor have I ever been pressured to consider options that are presented. Overall, I know I will have a good visit when I see him and he had never let me down.
Verified patient
My visit was great. The Dr and staff were nice and professional. The wait time was really long, over an hour. Otherwise it’s a wonderful place
Verified patient
Waited 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. The most egregious disrespect of my time ever. First visit is my last visit.
Very professional, put my fears at ease.

The best thing about this practice is you can get an appointment fairly quickly because they are in multiple locations. Initially, I thought the practice was pretty good. I visited the location in northern Maryland (The first time I thought the doctor was very attentive to my teenage daughter so I went back during her follow up for an issue I was having.). I returned to the northern Maryland location and it was a different story (The doctor was running late and so he was beyond rushed during the follow up and my visit was a joke.). When I scheduled the appointment with the doctor today (in southern Maryland), I did not realize the practices were affiliated. I should have cancelled when I realized they were affiliated but it was too late since I scheduled yesterday evening. The doctor could have cared less about what was going on with my situation. I came in with a report of my history and since my pain was not as intense during the visit, he totally zoned out. FYI...just because a person is not crying and acting like a fool does not mean they are not in pain. I asked for a copy of the notes from the visit, the front desk person made me a copy and the doctor immediately came up to retrieve what she had given me before I had an opportunity to read all of the pages she copied. A second front desk associate informed me I could call the office for the notes after they were typed up. I assure you I would not have taken time from work to come to a doctor's appointment to basically be treated as if I was not in enough discomfort for treatment. I promise the third time was not a charm with this practice.
Awesome visit today. Very short wait when I arrived. Was called back to a room within 10 minutes of being seated. The nurse came in right away, asked questions, listened to my concerns and then went right into the next room for Xrays. After about a 10 minute wait the doctor came in to review my Xrays and examine me more closely for himself. Gave me next steps that I was comfortable with. I was in and out of the office in less than 45 minutes. Amazing experience!!! Highly recommend. All staff was friendly and professional.

I do not recommend at all.
Very knowledgeable & professional.

Felt rushed
This was the worst experience I've had with a doctor or practice. I felt rushed. The doctor seemed like he could care less and obviously annoyed with my questions. He came off cocky and arrogant. My experience was completely different in the Silver Spring office with Dr Thompson. Dur to Dr. Bhatnagar I will not be back. Oh and the office does not have the ability to send scripts electronically.
Dr. Bhatnagar is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He has treated me for multiple issues some of which have required surgery. He does not immediately recommend surgery like numerous other doctors. He tries more conservative options like therapy, pain management, bracing, and other options first.. Surgery is a last option. He also does not put you on the strongest possible medications either. All of that is really impressive. Personally he is very friendly and pleasant. You can trust him with your care. His front office staff has definitely improved since my last visit.

Helped me tremendously!!!

He gave me a splint that was clearly too big. So much so it was side ways once he secured it with tape. By the time I got to my car it was halfway off of my finger. I’ll be seeing another doctor tomorrow.

Very professional and nice staff.
