He gave me a splint that was clearly too big. So much so it was side ways once he secured it with tape. By the time I got to my car it was halfway off of my finger. I’ll be seeing another doctor tomorrow.

As in the past, the office was busy and the wait was typical of most practices (no one is likely to see you at the exact appointment time). However, the office is pleasant and well run, so the wait was nota bad thing -- and again, typical. As for Dr. Bhatnagar, as always, pleasant, direct, a great anatomist, knows his orthopedics, found the problem promptly and treated it quickly and with no problem. As in the past, I am very happy with the service provided and would recommend Dr. B. very highly

This was my first appointment and this physician was highly recommended. Unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour to be seen and this seemed to be the norm in the waiting room. I'm not accustomed to long wait times indoctor's offices and not sure if I will return to this practice.

Dr Rishi himself is great and personable. He was able to diagnose my shoulder pain immediately and provide remedial steps. His staff is nice and friendly, including the front desk which had to deal with a lot of frustrated (impatient) people. However, maybe this place is just too popular, because the waiting area is always full and I had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen. Which is fine, I am patient and understanding. But perhaps book less people or anticipate the wait time better? Because what's the point of booking a time slot if it is 1-2 hours off?

The Dr and his staff are competent and professional. However, although I arrived at 9:20 for my 9:30 appointment, I wasn't seen until 10:30. My time is just as valuable as the doctor's and that should be respected. Thank you.

I'm very disappointed. I was given scripts but the pharmacy would not fill the scripts because the doctor did not put a date on the scripts. How does a doctor forget to do that!!!!!

Dr. Rishi is an excellent doctor. Although the wait time can be long, it is inevitable that a doctor of his caliber to be overbooked. Wait time is worth it when you get the medical attention he provides. If only we could clone him.

The staff brought a brace over, which the doctor never mentioned. Then they could not confirm if my insurance would cover it and what my approx cost would be if insurance didn't cover it. They would not write me a prescriptionso I could buy from a pharmacy either. So my option was to take it or leave it with no other assistance. Avoid this place at all cost!

This office is really caring and the doctor is excellent. He takes an exceptional amount of time, listens but does not push unnecessary treatment. I highly recommend. The office seems a little chaotic but things move pretty quickly and efficiently.

Usually I am seen right away but this particular day, I had to wait an hour for my appointment and the waiting room is packed. I didnt mind the wait so much but as in the past, there is an gentleman(manager?) who works behind the counter, who always seems cross, giving direction and talking to employees in an unpleasent manner. His tone reflects negativity on this office, which otherwise the staff is pleasent.

Dr. Rishi is a great doctor. He takes time to explain the nature of your injury, symptoms, and all possible outcomes. He starts with conservative treatments and does not rush into invasive treatments ,which is hard to find in doctors thesedays. He is very polite and and professional. I recommend him highly to friends and family.

Dr. Bhatnagar is a good physician. He gives a great thorough initial exam. As with most specialist, the wait once in the exam room can be a little while, but it is worth it. He diagnosed me quickly and took theright measures so that my broken bones would heal correctly. A great caring staff in the back who really are professionals and personable.

Dr. Bhatnagar is an excellent orthopedic. He took the time to explain the symptoms and nature of my injury. I think the process for checking in patients requires major improvements. I walked in and there was only one person designated tocheck patients in and she was caught up with another patient for an extensive time period. After waiting a long time, she informed me that she needed to confirm that my insurance is active, which made my wait time even longer. I had an appointment at 10 and was not seen until 2 hours later. A suggestion I would give is that since I made my appointment on zocdoc someone could verify insurance information before patients arrive and definitely more that one person should be assigned to check in patients.

Office was very busy. Wait time was about an hour and a half, but once I was taken to the exam room things moved along more quickly. I like the fact that X-Rays can be taken right in the office. Dr.Bhatnagar was very professional and explained everything to me. The office was clean and the X-Ray Technician was very nice. This seems to be a good doctor which is probably why he has so many patients. I will see him again if necessary.

Doctor Rishi Bhatnagar is one of the best orthopedic ever! In all aspects of my last visit I was extremely pleased with the doctor. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable and he is the one who understands the issues immediately, comparing to other orthopedics. He is also a superb sergeant. In late May I had a surgery (broken kneecap) performed by doctor Bhatnagar. Four months later I was able to walk like before the injury. Now my knee is completely recovered. Thank you Rishi!
