It was very satisfying
Usually I am seen right away but this particular day, I had to wait an hour for my appointment and the waiting room is packed. I didnt mind the wait so much but as in the past, there is an gentleman (manager?) who works behind the counter, who always seems cross, giving direction and talking to employees in an unpleasent manner. His tone reflects negativity on this office, which otherwise the staff is pleasent.
I saw Dr. Thompson on my visit and was very impressed with him and the entire office staff. I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends.
Always accommodating and pleasant
A great doctor. Very professional
Dr. Rishi is a great doctor. He takes time to explain the nature of your injury, symptoms, and all possible outcomes. He starts with conservative treatments and does not rush into invasive treatments ,which is hard to find in doctors these days. He is very polite and and professional. I recommend him highly to friends and family.
He identified the problem and drained my inflamed elbow bursitis. I feel great again. Thanks alot
Looks like I caught them on a bad day, the waiting room was so crowded, there weren't enough chairs for the patients. The doctor was rushed, due to schedule changes, overall just a frenetic environment.
He is the best
Beautiful waiting room. Staff was friendly and professional.
I know the doctor was running behind, but he was very RUSHED when we were finally seen. I did not like that at all.
I liked him I waited about 1 hour I will tell if he helped me when I return for my follow up in one month
He is an amazing dr with very professional staff
La verdad me atendieron muy bien la recepcionista muy amable y los chicos de adentro Latinos muy. Amables y el doctor no se diga y encima guapisimo
Doc was great!
I liked the fact they have you complete your medical info on a tablet. Very efficient. Also excellent staff assisting doctor.
Dr. Bhatnagar is an excellent orthopedic. He took the time to explain the symptoms and nature of my injury. I think the process for checking in patients requires major improvements. I walked in and there was only one person designated to check patients in and she was caught up with another patient for an extensive time period. After waiting a long time, she informed me that she needed to confirm that my insurance is active, which made my wait time even longer. I had an appointment at 10 and was not seen until 2 hours later. A suggestion I would give is that since I made my appointment on zocdoc someone could verify insurance information before patients arrive and definitely more that one person should be assigned to check in patients.
Office was very busy. Wait time was about an hour and a half, but once I was taken to the exam room things moved along more quickly. I like the fact that X-Rays can be taken right in the office. Dr. Bhatnagar was very professional and explained everything to me. The office was clean and the X-Ray Technician was very nice. This seems to be a good doctor which is probably why he has so many patients. I will see him again if necessary.
Professional, attentive, explained and informed of procedure and future treatment.
Doctor Rishi Bhatnagar is one of the best orthopedic ever! In all aspects of my last visit I was extremely pleased with the doctor. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable and he is the one who understands the issues immediately, comparing to other orthopedics. He is also a superb sergeant. In late May I had a surgery (broken kneecap) performed by doctor Bhatnagar. Four months later I was able to walk like before the injury. Now my knee is completely recovered. Thank you Rishi!
I was already familiar with Dr. Bhatnagar since my husband has gone to him several times. Always happy with the treatment we receive.
My first visit went very well .doc rishi is a excellent doc. the front desk was very helpful.
Muy amable y atentos
They were very friendly...and the doctor helped with the pain in my back thank you very much
He did a great job at explaining the issues and action plan.
He is wonderful and I was out of pain in no time. Great doctor.
Dr. Bhatnagar and staff were very professional, courteous and organized. I highly recommend them.
He was quick and to the point which I liked. Would recommend to my friends and family!
Dr. Rishi treated my son last year and we were impressed with then. He is very approachable and pitt bull at getting things done. Fantastic office and services.
Dr. Bhatnagar was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I would use him again and recommend him to others.
Very pleasant experience, the techs and Dr. B were helpful and willing to explain everything. I would recommend him to others.
I didn't particularly feel like my health concerns were taken seriously, and felt ushered out. I guess since the doc sees this everyday, it's routine for him, however that doesn't make my experience or visit any less important. Very disappointed.
He is a pro. He got the job done !
This Dr and his staff care nothing about their patients. I have visited this Dr twice and on the first occasion I waited over 2 hours ( the Dr showed up to the office 1.5 hrs late). No apology. The second visit I was seen 1 hr 45 min after my appt time. Again , no apology. He did nothing but refer me to other Drs. When I later needed to speak to him over the phone about a very important work/insurance issue that only he could handle (not his staff), a call that would take about 5 minutes- I had to call 5 times. On the 5th call, his staff told me he was given all my messages. Finally one of his staff told me "I'll be honest, he's never going to call you back." RIDICULOUS. All he cares about is the number of patients he sees in a day, and the $$$ he gets. If you value your time and want a Dr to give you the time for a proper diagnosis, avoid this Dr at all costs. You could not pay me to see this Dr ever again .
my visit was nice.
My first visit with Dr. Bhatnager was a pleasing experience. The staff are warm and helpful. One doesn't feel rushed. The office seems to run effortlessly. Dr. Bhatnager was pleasant, explained his diagnosis well and was willing to answer any questions I had.
The doctor and nurses were excellent but the front reception was very unfriendly. They were processing the things so slowly that there was a queue just for the paperwork.
Dr. Bhatnagar is a good physician. He gives a great thorough initial exam. As with most specialist, the wait once in the exam room can be a little while, but it is worth it. He diagnosed me quickly and took the right measures so that my broken bones would heal correctly. A great caring staff in the back who really are professionals and personable.
Extremely happy with the visit. Only wish the wait was not quite so long. Very efficient office and staff. Highly recommend.
The Doctor Was Very Nice And Explained Everything. But The Wait Time Was Due To The Doctor Not Being There At The Time Of My Appt.
I felt rushed. They were getting ready to close and I just felt like nothing was accomplished and sent home still in pain
I would not re-visit. YOu have to pay a lot of $ up-front. He was not even at the office when I arrived! I waited almost 2 hrs and then listened through paper thin walls the conversation he was having with a patient he saw before me. He was barely apologetic when i told him how long I"d waited. Fail.
My visit was great and would recommend it. The aesthetics upon entering the facility and utilizing the private electronic tablets to check-in is a great touch! The wait time was a bit long but worth it nonetheless. Everything was explained thoroughly with a fabulous bedside manner. I was very impressed with the overall service provided from Dr. Bhatnagar and his staff. It appears as though everyone believes in providing esteem service.
was pleased with the service.
Very nice guy and seemed knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my many questions.
He was wonderful! Knew exactly what my problem was and gave me several options. I feel better already!
Was seen by the doctor on Jan 16. Was told that the medication I needed was to be administered by the staff at the office, and they would need to order it and arrange another appointment for apply it. A week later I called to find a status, left a message with someone, never received a call back. A week after the same. Called back again and was told it would be ordered and sent to me directly. Today I called and was told they would get the prescription filled out today and faxed to the pharmacy. Yes, 6 calls later I'm told I'm applying it myself and they didn't need to. Nearly two full months later. Would not visit this doctor again.
Very nice and a cutie
Excellent visit. Promptly diagnosed and treated. X-rays available on site. Attractive and comfortable office. The office assistants were all pleasant and helpful. Accepts Medicare and most types of insurance. Strongly recommend.
Very nice and professional staff. The office is very clean, the nurse was very friendly.
He explanied about the issue in a very professional manner. Only issue was the wait time at the front office. I recommend this doctor to anyone.
He didn't solve any of my issues,he brushed me off, saying come back on three months..I will never go back! Office and restroom area very dirty.
HE WAS VERY NICE I MEAN VERY NICE THANK YOU AGAIN JUST HOPE THE SHOT WORKS
Very professional. Explained my problem and how it could be resolved. Gave me a choice of locations for ststed procedure. Concise to the point and timely.
Waited over an hour to see this Dr. After putting me in more pain with his "examination", he sent me on my way with an injection that isn't working and a prescription that would have put me in the hospital. Luckily I caught it and had him write a new one, which isn't doing anything either. Long story short. I went to him to help get out of this pain and only left with less money.
If you need an orthopedic doctor I would definitely recommend Dr Bhatnagar. It is a busy practice, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait.
I was referred to him by my mother, I was able to get a appt within a couple of days and I love the electronic pad that I used to fill out my new patient paperwork. After words I was seen right away and the X-ray tech was awesome and Dr. Bhatnagar was very nice and answered all my questions. Overall Great experience !!
Spent less than four minutes in the room with me and shoved me out the door without discussing what I was going through.
office was very crowded but the visit went well.
Very professional and knowledge of my injury was percise!
Dr.Bhatnagar is truly my doctor.
He was quick and concise. The office was clean and spacious and the staff was all very friendly.
quick and easy
i am very excited about finding Dr Bhatnagar. He is professional and takes the time to explain his diagnosis and his recommended treatment. He and his staff are great... friendly and open. I highly recommend him.
He took the time to evaluate my injury and to see that it was properly immobilized. He explained what limitations I would have for the next two weeks.
great doctor! cares and listens!
It was ok. could have listed a bit better when medication not working complaint was raised, and shot still not kicked in to cover pain treated for. also not sure if he understood the amount pain he was treating or could have any sympathy for it.
Great doctor, every nice office and staff.... Highly recommended!
Everything worked out well
I really liked Dr. Bhanagar and his office staff. The front desk was efficient and helpful and the radiology tech friendly and professional. The doctor was prompt and took time to explain his assessment and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone in need of an orthopedist.
