It was great but there was a really long wait, despite having an appointment time. I went for a travel vaccination and it took about 90 minutes total.

Billed for a high complexity case and the conclusion of the visit was that I "should maybe see a cardiologist in the next couple months, but also okay if there are no symptoms." If my case was so complex, the feedback should have been more clear. I would not recommend this provider.

I've been Coming to Michigan Avenue Primary Care since I moved to Chicago eight years 2yo, and 2nd there is truly nowhere else I'd rather go. The staff excel in service, professionalism, and support, and I always feel both welcomed 2nd validated.

Lester is great health care provider. He always listens to my concerns and offers multiple solutions & options. He is very open-minded and considerate & makes me feel very comfortable I feel like I'm in great hands with Lester. I've recommended several friends to him & I will continue to do so. He is great at in-person appointments, telemed appointments, & is very responsive in between apd appreciate his flexibility and willingness to always be available.
