Everybody at the office was super super nice. Dr Li Zhu was wonderful and attentive, and was knowledgeable of the issues I have which made me very happy. It’s a bit of a drive for me since I live in New Haven, but it’s worth every minute!! Very happy to have Dr Li Zhu as my new PCP.

Horrible! I met her to get tested for traveler's diarrhea that started after my trip to Mexico. My kid also had similar symptoms, and the test results showed an E. coli infection, so I needed to get tested as well. I had to wait over a week to see her, and on the day of the appointment, I was excited to see her.
After hearing my symptoms, she refused to order any tests, saying I was fine. She only talked about what she wanted to say. She even walked out before I could finish explaining. I remained polite the entire time and didn't say anything that could offend her. I was left in the room alone, feeling bewildered. What just happened? I'm currently in pain; why does she say I'm fine?
After I got home, I called the office, asking for a test order but the staff told me to go to the ER immediately if I was that sick. What? So, I ended up going to the ER, where they immediately ran tests after hearing my symptoms, and I'm recovering with medication.

She is very sweet and actually listens to you, didn’t interrogate me for anything like some doctors have before. Office is very small but surprisingly easy to locate which was a nice surprise. GPS will take you to the correct building then just go in take the stairs and go down the hall. I arrived 15 minutes early on the dot to fill out the first time paperwork but it took me 25 minutes so just a head up . Great experience though i’m very happy

I like the way the staff was able to make sure I was taken care of. The Doctor was thorough and had me make another appointment to make sure everything is going well with me. I was very impressed with her and I feel very comfortable with her as my primary doctor. I will recommend her to my friends

The staff up front and the nurse taking the information before the doctor comes in were all friendly and the doctor herself listened to me instead of just being on the laptop. She genuinely wants to help her patients and is interested in her patients well being. Best experience I have had in a long time.
