“Since I didn't need to be examined physically, this was my first video visit with Dr. Dao. I logged on early so I'd be ready on time. To my surprise, instead of opening our Zoom call at the exact time of our scheduled visit, Dr. Dao also came early! We discussed everything we needed to talk about so easily and efficiently that we were finished before the scheduled time of our visit, which made me very happy. I am delighted with everything about how the video visit went.”
