Went in for a Skin Cancer screening. The office was very nice, larger than expected. Receptionists were fine, seemed a little catty and aloof, but maybe I'm overthinking things. However, seeing NP Andrews was excellent. She immediately made a very awkward process feel comfortable. Very empathetic, efficient, and the right amount of personable. I had additional questions that she answered quickly and helped resolve. Overall, really liked my visit with her.
