Asked for a subscription which is half of my annual copays just to get in the door, would have been nice to have more than 1 day's notice about this so I could reschedule sooner, if you like spending even more money on your healthcare than it already costs though it may be good for you, however I think a subscription service for healthcare on top of your insurance subscription is silly, and them not mentioning it until less than 24h before I was supposed to go in is a little annoying. Was sick for a few days before this waiting for the doctor but I guess I'll just be waiting even longer before I can get medication.

When I arrived I was immediately charged for a specialist visit only to be told that I will not be seeing one. They said they only do pap smears and annual physicals and there will be no obgyn exam. Terrible experience. I wasted my time. Do not recommend

Had an excellent experience with Limor Dawoody. I only wished I’d known their office was membership based before having three appointments with her. They just informed me of this a couple weeks ago. I’ve gotten attached to how fast and efficient she and the practice are.

My appointment with the provider went very smoothly. She asked all the right questions. She didn’t waste any time and she approved the medication that I needed right away based on my answers. Her office was very good with follow up. And they also responded right away when I had an issues with the prescription at one pharmacy versus another. Each time I sent a message to them because the issue took a little while to resolve on the end of the pharmacy, their office responded right away to my messages. And everything was resolved pretty quickly.

I booked an annual physical through the office and asked that I get seen for a CA annual physical so that my insurance could cover it. This created confusion within the office, resulting in an extra 45 mins of wait time while they called my insurance because they hadn’t done so before my apt. They ended up booking my insurance for 2 appointments for that same day: a new patient apt, and an annual physical. As such, I still had to pay full price for a doctor’s visit, even though in California your annual physical is supposed to be fully covered.
They then booked an additional appointment charge for the doctor to call me with results. They hadn’t provided me with my results beforehand which they were supposed to, and then when I had questions for the doctor regarding results he hadn’t covered during my call, the office never got back to me.
They use a third party service for billing which I’ve emailed and called, and has also not gotten back to me. Would NOT recommend
