What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our Process at Empowerment Pathways Mental Health Services: 1?? Initial Evaluation (45 min) – A comprehensive assessment of your mental health history, symptoms, and goals. We may discuss medication options, therapy recommendations, or lifestyle adjustments. 2?? Follow-Up Appointments (20-30 min) – Regular check-ins to monitor progress, adjust treatment as needed, and provide coping strategies. ? Medication Management – If prescribed, we ensure safe and effective use. ? Supportive Therapy – We integrate brief talk therapy and psychoeducation to enhance your well-being. ?? Telehealth & In-Person Options Available ?? Personalized, Evidence-Based Care
