Dr. Linda Ronma Williams is an experienced and compassionate family medicine practitioner who believes patient care should always be the provider’s priority. She is skilled in primary, urgent, and preventive care. Dr. Williams earned her Associate degree from Montgomery College in 2004, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2006. She completed her Master’s degree in Family Nursing with honors from the University of Maryland in 2012 and holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Johns Hopkins University.
Her 18-year career spans oncology ICU and telemetry at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, as well as the intensive care unit at Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham. Dr. Williams was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society in 2012 at the University of Maryland and was re-inducted in 2022 for maintaining academic excellence during her doctoral studies at Johns Hopkins University. She recently submitted a manuscript of an integrative review to the Journal of Health Equity, pending publication.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Williams is the Owner and CEO of a staffing and residential service agency in Maryland. She also leads an NGO and recently completed a 28-bed hospital project in Delta State, Nigeria, powered by her nonprofit organization, the Ronma Foundation, which is dedicated to helping the poor and empowering women in impoverished rural communities. With her extensive knowledge, compassion, and many years of experience, Dr. Williams provides well-check visits, DOT exams, annual physicals, sports physicals, immunizations, occupational health services, and more.

Adequate. The office is nice and the support staff is stellar. The provider seems to know what she is talking about but not sure if it is a good fit personally. I need a provider whose intentions I can trust and isn’t “all business” because empathy is the most important characteristic to me next to competence.

I’ve found my new PCP. Dr Williams and her staff are all polite, knowledgeable, caring, respectful, and all around GOOD people. I was seen immediately and she was very attentive to my needs and concerns. She was patient and explained everything to me thoroughly and in plain language. Reasonable location, reputable doctor and good parking is what grab my attention while shopping for a new physician for my elderly mother. It’s a wonderful atmosphere in the entire office. The aroma of fresh flowers hit you as soon as you enter the office along with being greeted by the kind receptionist. The receptionist made us feel welcomed and comfortable during the visit. She offered beverages and because my mom forgot to take her blood pressure medication, she was given a dosage right away in the office. Now this is a first for a doctors office to have medication readily available for patients who need it. Dr. Williams is an amazing doctor who treated my mother as I expected, with respect, kindness, attentiveness, asked a lot of questions and gave her a thorough exam as it pertained to her current health conditions. Coming from where my mom was receiving her care prior, this is definitely our final destination for all care now and in the future. Blessings!

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff and Dr. Williams were very nice and communicative. It took about 30minutes till i was seen but the doctor worked with me for about 30mins.
