Dr. Lindsay E. Young is an Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon trained to treat both pediatric and adult patients. They weren't able to see me and they canceled my appointment BUT did not communicate with Zocdoc so zocdoc was texting me reminders and then asked me how my visit went.
Lucky thing I called the day before because I was not in their system. Zocdoc and the office do not have a clear communication channel. I went to a different doctor that is not with Zocdoc. Not a good experience.
