Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Trinh was also great. She was very gentle and concerned. Talked to me about everything that was happening and was clear about what was next. The MA's were focused and on it.

Most Terrible!
Staff were very unfriendly, unorganized and no manners.
No professionalism in the office staff.
No hygiene in the office.
Too many people/patient were waiting and there were no care many were noisy and kids were crying all the time.

It was a weird place. When I walked in, they said immediately that they didn't take appointments even though I made an appointment online somehow. They said they couldn't find my information in their system and then I heard the office manager talking on the phone and she said that they don't take appointments. The forms that I filled out as standard procedure seemed to really want me to be there for something related to worker's compensation which seemed really sketchy to me.

The office was dingy (boxes of decorations stores in examination room). The whole place felt dirty. He was not unkind but asked me no questions and disregarded my information. The whole experience felt very unprofessional and cold.

My general impression of this practice is that it was very disorganized. The doctor I saw was friendly and professional, but did not seem to view the collection of symptoms I had as related, opting to try and treat each one as its own separate issue. Also didn't seem willing to entertain the idea that I might have the illness that all my symptoms point to and did not bother to test for it. Follow up was very time consuming, confusing and disorganized. 5 days later my symptoms are worse and this visit has given me next to no insight as to what could be wrong.

I would like them to help patient by being pro active on letting them know about zoc doc so that they do not pile in the waiting room first come first served.
Also would I prefered to see the doctor itself then her assistant who was great but I paid to see a doctor.
Finally, I have to have my blood collected 4 times for two different exams..so organizational issue here.
Still I had a very good feeling with the doctor that I saw only once though.

Awful practice. The doctor was not knowledgable about my illness prescribed medication which made me very irratiable. I called to have my prescription changed they said they would call me back but never did. I then called them again and they said to take two of them instead of one!!!! When I asked to speak to the doctor was told she was busy with a patient. I never write bad reviews but let me save you the trouble if going to this place it is the worse I have ever been to!

It was just a very long wait time. 45 minutes to get in, then additional wait time in the room. I was at the office for 1.5 hours for a cough. Then I told the nurse I had a copay and she said I did not. When I got back to work she called to say I needed to come back in to pay the copay. I've already been away from my office for 2 hours at this point, so it will be another trip I have to take.
