First off I want to start by saying the doctor and his assistant were absolutely great. With that said, the rep at the front desk was very rude/short, not very welcoming and seemed to be having a bad day (which I understand). Unfortunately they weren’t very professional overall.

Mine was probably an unusual experience due to my atypical symptoms, but I did feel like the reason for my visit…which I took time to enter into the ZocDoc app…would have been seen by the nurse prior to being seen. Instead, she said “Oh, it looks like those didn’t come through here…can you please tell me why you’re here?”. Which I didn’t mind sharing again, but b/c it was a strange complication from a routine doctor’s visit, I was hoping they’d looked into it first, so they could be of more help than they were. I think we all dread that same question after we’ve already explained it when we made the appt and then after we’ve filled out the office paperwork too. No worries, thx.

The staff was outstanding in arriving at a diagnosis and treatment. Everyone I met with was friendly, competent and efficient. I hope I don’t need urgent care again, but if I do I will definitely return.

In Zocdpc I searched a provided who accept Aetna insurance and book the appointment accordingly. When I reached to the provider office I have been told that they don’t accept Aetna anymore and it was recent change. I had stomach pain and I had to see a dr. Immediately. So I had to pay out of my pocket. So Zocdoc showing this provider accept Aetna but the provider saying they recently stop was a horrible experience. I asked the provider to create a case and keep me posted but they never get back to me.

I’m really impressed by the whole office. I’ve been twice. All the care providers are really kind and through. Easy to book appointments and ask post appointment questions/needs through the app. This is a drive for me but it is worth it! They treat you like a human, no rushing! Pricing is very fair for cash patients.

Definitely would go back! The office was clean the staff was friendly, they listened to my concerns and had great bedside manner. I was able to get a presciption on the weekend without any hassle. They take my insurance and the copay was really low.
