Louise was great, but I also want to give a shout out to the nurse who drew my blood. I was so nervous, and she was exceptionally kind and calm and patient with me. I wish I remembered her first name—I was such a ball of nerves—but hopefully she will see this and know that she made life easier for me this morning.

Went in, was seen under 30 minutes.
She was quick, and took care of what I was saying.
I get self conscious if the doctor, is impatient, or grumpy, but she was none of those.
