I scheduled this appointment because it came across as a pain management doctor but she is primary only. Location is not great and terrible parking. Front desk staff seemed like they could care less and you can tell did not want to be there.

So far im not impressed as the front office has not been pro-active, i had to do most of the work for clarify an MRI and NP is there only 1 day a week.. just seem like a weak office thus far... hopefully my reviews can be changed for the better.

If I were able to leave less than one star, I would.Services advertised on Zocdoc are not available, arrived for two appointments, both of which were confirmed via phone call ahead. First appointment -- Dr. not even on site, no apology of any form, simply reschedule or leave.Second appointment, entire office not open at 930, which is there advertised operating hours. Received multiple call backs beginning with 'I missed a call from this number' where the agent then suggested that the office was open when I promptly corrected her, She proceeds with 'Oh, you meant today' - potentially the worst customer/ patient experience l've ever had with a medical facility. If I was a client in serious need of the services this facility advertised - I would be at an incredible disadvantage, our health is not something to be handled this carelessly or unprofessionally. Strongly discourage working with this facility of amateur professionals.
