The employer named Christina she is very rude. I tell her that I make the appointment on Zoc doc online and she says that I have to scan a QR code. And make the request appointment at the same time I was doing it in front of her and I don’t know for some reason she was arguing on the phone with someone I don’t know and she feel like that I was bothering her or something and later, tell me that the phone doesn’t work the system so I have to wait and do it at the paper sign in and I was sitting and once other patient came, she was nicely to them and she making quick help. I don’t know maybe I feel discriminated but if she probably races maybe because I was Hispanic I’m 39 years old, but this situation is disgusting because I will never come back over here. I was really sick and now all I want is help for a doctor, but I guess these people are need more little manners to with the patients or maybe they really do it with someone are not Hispanic I believe because I I filled it from her.

Even though the appointment was done online, they didn't seem to have a record of it, but I was seen. Very quickly. The staff was very nice. All my questions were answered. And I was out of there in less than an hour.

I waited more than 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time for the appointment. The medical tech did a strep and Covid test. The doctor came in and said I was positive for Covid, asked if I wanted a prescription for Covid medication. I said I wasn’t interested. He didn’t even check my chest, nothing. I made an appointment on ZocDoc for an annual physical. However, when I arrived, I was told that my insurance isn't covered here for physicals, only for emergency visits. This wasn't listed correctly and was quite frustrating.
I had a 12pm appointment, and wasn't seen by a nurse until 1:15pm. The nurse was incredibly nice, thorough, and helpful.
The doctor on the other hand was less than helpful. I came in for a physical - my height and weight were not taken. The doctor didn't ask me about anything other than "how are you feeling today?", to which I answered "fine, but am having back pain causing me to lose sleep". He then abruptly left the room, and came back with my physical paperwork stating everything was in "normal" condition.
Felt like a waste of 2 hours and an out-of-pocket expense that should have been covered (according to the ZocDoc listing for this provider).

My bedside physian was great, tactful,addressed my concerns and performed excelent. However, people at the front desk were rather judgemental. As soon as the person at the desk knew the reason for my appointment was an STD check he abstained from making any eye contact or having other than single words answers. Got a courtesy call letting me know my results were ready, so I stopped by a few days after. Upon arrival, I let the person at the desk know I was there to pick up my test results, instead of asking for my personal information she first asked what kind of test was it. I did not want to disclose my personal issues like that at the waiting room so I just said blood test. She then loudly said "All tests came out negative by the way" and proceeded to print them out for me. As any other patients were there she didn't necessarily violated my HIPPA, but I definitely did not want the test to be treated with such little confidentiality in front of her desk coworker right next to her.
