Booked an appointment to get an important prescription refilled, appt confirmed and was texted by their office to provide insurance documentation, and upon early arrival to the office they were CLOSED. Irresponsible and unprofessional when people need timely medical support.
You actually have to show up for an appointment to get a good review. I was waiting for over 20 minutes. No one showed up. Absolutely unacceptable.
