I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care. My philosophy is simple: mental health is health. With over 15 years of diverse clinical experience in critical care, primary care, respiratory therapy, and mental health, I bring a well-rounded perspective to patient care. I specialize in diagnosing and treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and sleep disturbances. I also integrate women’s health support, weight management, and chronic disease management into my practice, allowing me to address both emotional and physical health needs in a coordinated way.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, my Master of Science in Nursing from South University, and a post-master’s certificate from Walden University. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree to further enhance the quality of care I provide.

My approach as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to your unique needs. I combine evidence-based medication management with holistic strategies to support your mental wellness journey.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
When you start working with me, we begin with a comprehensive assessment so I can really understand your symptoms, health history, and life context. I look at your mood, thoughts, behavior, sleep, concentration, physical health, and any medications or prior treatments you’ve tried.
Based on that, I formulate diagnoses (for example, depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, PTSD) using standard criteria, and then we collaboratively build a treatment plan that may include medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, and safety planning.
I generally monitor progress over time, adjusting medications or strategies as needed, and I’m comfortable coordinating with other providers (PCPs, therapists, family members with your consent) to give you integrated, team-based care
