I don't recommend. The staff kept mispronouncing my name. The doctor was cold, not personable, and fatphobic.
Dr. Gleason listens to me and was thorough in reviewing my symptoms and history during my wellness visit.
The nursing staff and the young lady who draws blood are always very professional and efficient.

We love the fact that she speak spanish its new provider for us the aim us to get me well and focus on my care . hopefuly they will be able to take my insurance not sure why the lady in front had my husband sign his name on some paperwork if office visit was for me? went for complete physical im glad she took my urine &other tests that my other previous provider didnt take so i left their office trying out this one again its a big plus she speaks spanish so i can recommend them to my friends .

Worst experience with a doctor ever. I went to see her for my essential tremor. She constantly told me that my symptoms weren’t bad “according to the tests” and continuously made me feel as if my symptoms were my fault and not a big deal. She prescribed me a medication at the lowest dosage, fully recognizing that it probably won’t work at that dosage for me. Waste of time. She also told me that my anxiety was something I should just “block out” and it would go away. Completely unsympathetic to mental health. Don’t go see her!

The office staff never called me prior to my wellness appointment to give me any instructions then was treated like I was in the wrong when I didn’t know about them. The rest of the appointment was in a rush and I was continually reminded of not following instructions. I felt unheard and not important to the staff and physician.
This doctor will go extra lengths to find anything wrong with you (even if it isn’t accurate) in order to charge it to your insurance. Furthermore, the doctor was condescending about my ongoing condition and the fact that I take medicine for it regularly. Additionally, the office staff is not helpful to accomplish tasks or assist patients. I will not be returning to this physician and suggest you look elsewhere for treatment.
A lot of little things added up to the point where 3 stars is the absolute most I could give the experience with this clinic (more like 2.5). -Most important: the paperwork for this office is not trans-friendly! They really need to fix this. -I specifically like to book on Zocdoc to avoid phone calls. However, the receptionist called me and told me that the info "doesn't transfer." She didn't even ask if I had the time to give info over the phone. After the appt the staff has called me several times despite the fact I signed up on myChart within hours of the appt. -They had me come early to fill in paperwork, but the nurse and Dr didn't look at it and just asked me all the med history q's I had just answered on the paperwork. In general the clinic has inefficiencies like this. -The Dr made a general but emphatic recommendation that is contrary to my past Drs, my education in biology, etc. I am still investigating, but this has given me serious pause as if I want to keep seeing this Dr.
I am overweight which I am very aware of. She blamed every single thing I asked about on my BMI she was not kind. Didn’t listen to anything I said. Only cared about if I had a up to date tetanus shot and said a nutritionalist would be contacting me. Nothing I asked about was answered.

I am so picky when it comes to doctors. I already feel insecure that I’ll be judged with what problems because I’ve had that happen in the past before with a doctor. Over all the experience at the office was good and Dr. Lucia Gleason, MD was a nice person BUT she was really quick to diagnose me with conditions that did not fit my symptoms and felt very judgmental. I went in for a general physicals, and without any symptoms. She looked at me saw a few hairs on my chin (which I have always had) and labeled me as having abnormal and excessive facial hair. (No one else (including multiple doctors) has ever noticed my facial hair let alone called it abnormal and excessive) She then took her judgment of abnormal facial hair to diagnose me with a syndrome which she recorded in my chart without any tests to see if that diagnoses made any sense. It was also odd because she looked at my couple almost invisible chin hairs and went well it really is not thick enough for a diagnoses and you don't have any other symptoms but I know this is what you have. (She was unable to explain why she jumped to that conclusion or why she thought my few hairs were any different from any other woman body hair) In addition she made a few comments that were to the effect that she "knew" that my blood work was going to come back horribly (Got the numbers back and they were all good). So overall the appointment went ok but the more I sat with her responses and labeling of conditions without any evidence or tests the more the whole appointment felt yucky. I think Dr. Lucia Gleason, MD is a nice woman but honestly I did not find I felt good about the appointment overall. Though based on others comments who seem to really like her I may just have had a bad experience.
