Getting to know Dr. Ludgy Supplice

My name is Dr. Ludgy R. Supplice, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. With years of experience, I specialize in supporting diverse patient populations through evidence-based practices, helping individuals achieve improved mental well-being and a better quality of life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — trained and licensed to assess, diagnose, and treat psychiatric conditions. I provide medication management and may also incorporate brief supportive therapy, education, and referrals as part of your care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to provide safe, effective, and personalized care that supports your mental health journey. When working with me, here’s what you can expect: Initial Evaluation (60–90 minutes) This is our first and most comprehensive session, where we will review your mental health history, discuss your goals, and develop a tailored plan to support your well-being. We’ll discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, lifestyle, and personal goals. I may ask about past treatments, family history, and anything else that helps me understand your full picture. We’ll talk about what brings you in — in a space that’s open, respectful, and judgment-free. Goal: To arrive at an accurate diagnosis (if appropriate) and begin building your treatment plan. 2. Treatment Planning After the initial evaluation, we’ll work together to develop a care plan tailored to you.

She is a good listener
My experience with this provider was not good. Each of the 3 appts I made on Zoc Doc were followed by a phone call from a non English speaking person overseas to renegotiate the appointment time which completely nullified the whole seamless and on the fly experience of using ZocDoc. What’s the point of scheduling an appt to have someone call you each time to tell you that they can’t accommodate that time? When a communicated my dissatisfaction with the providers offshore assistant, I was met with hostility and a threat to terminate my care. This should have been enough warning for me to find another provider right then and there. Unfortunately, I continued to see this who ultimately ran into issues with my insurance and ultimately asked me to pay out-of-pocket for all of the appointments that my insurance should cover. Based on my experiences with this provider, I cannot recommend her and suggest you search for someone who offer offers a better bedside manner & administrative support.
