This visit was just awful. The office is small and cramped and not conducive to a comfortable wait. After a half an hour I was presented with another full packet of forms to fill out. I told the receptionist all the forms had been filled out and filed with the through ZocDoc. She ignored my comments and proceeded to close the sliding glass window in my face.

Prepare to spend the whole day at the office they dont use the appointment times here is by order so to make the first 5 turns you will have to wait in line for 3 hours until the open the office at 8am.

I was on time for my first appointment and there were three names ahead of me that had not even been checked off the list yet. Dr's office had overbooked. I waited an hour and finally rescheduled my appointment because the people were still waiting to see the Dr. I took time out of my day to see the Dr. but not to wait in his office. I believe this appointment would have taken over half the day to see the Dr. and 99 % of that time is just waiting. I was not satisfied with the non consideration of my time.

I thought the Dr. was very nice and explained everything and answered any questions without seeming hurried. My only complaint was that I spent nearly 30 minutes at home preregistering online and was still handed a packet that took me 20 minutes plus when I arrived. What was the point of doing it online then? An excellent experience marred by some duplicate paperwork.

Dr. Lopez is the best Doctor I have ever been to. I have been having medical issues since 2009 and I have seen a lot of different specialist and Dr. Lopez is the first doctor to actually listen to me and what my symptoms are. He never gave up! I would highly recommend Dr. Lopez, he was an angel sent down from God to help people. I just want to say Thank you Dr. Lopez
