I had a really great experience with Dr. Massaband. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and genuinely listened to my concerns. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed during the appointment.
What stood out most was how understanding and professional he was while still being very approachable. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a caring bedside manner. I’ve had to see Dr. Massaband a few times for emergency situations, and each time he has been responsive, calm, and incredibly reassuring. He quickly eased my anxiety and handled my care accurately and professionally. I really value how easy it is to reach him when it matters most. I would definitely trust him again.
