About Dr. Luke Kane
Dr. Luke Kane is a highly accomplished physiatrist in New York, NY. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and practices at Manhattan Pain Medicine, PLLC.
Dr. Kane obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota and his medical degree from Touro University. He then completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at New York University and pursued an internship at Coney Island Hospital. Additionally, he is qualified in medical acupuncture from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center.
Dr. Kane is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the Alliance for Physician Certification & Advancement. Dr. Kane seems good, but wasn't made aware of how much the visit would be until I was checking out. Got to the appointment on time, had to fill out paperwork again even though I had filled it all out on zocdoc. Waited another 10 minutes before they put me into another room to wait another 20 minutes before being seen.

Dr Kane is simply a miracle doctor. He is clearly very very knowledgeable and engaged and excited about his work. He truly wants to help his patients, he goes out of his way to get a good diagnosis and help. He made me feel like I was his only patient of the day. (I definitely was not). I thought I was going to have to live with my pain for the rest of my life. I had been to six other doctors and countless ER visits for flare ups. Then I met Dr Kane, who listened carefully, examined me like no other doctor ever had, and then came up with this brilliant, holistic diagnosis and treatment plan. I felt comfortable with his knowledge and skills immediately.

Dr. Kane is an exceptional doctor. I can’t believe I waited so long in pain to see him! My daily functioning has improved so dramatically as a result of his treatments. He combines a kind, gentle, healing touch with authority and knowledge that you want from your trusted medical professionals. He managed my expectations and outlined a clear plan for me going forward. Truly one of the most professional and knowledgeable and caring pain doctors in the tri-state area.
