“Doctor Regis was great. Felt comfortable with her, she’s efficient and very informational. The office however was a nightmare. Lots of different types of doctors there and the office staff was mixed on friendliness… the manager was very helpful but if she wasn’t there I’m not sure how long I would’ve had to wait. The actual appointment with Dr Regis was 10 min. But I was there for well over an hour waiting around.”

I have seen many doctors at this practice, great new addition.
Felt like she didn’t treat my problem with sensitivity.
Doctor listened to my concerns and was very helpful.
Great and knowledgeable doctor.

Long wait but fine other than that
Verified patient
Everyone was very courteous and professional.
The doctor and office staff were very helpful and pleasant, but the wait time in the office was absolutely ridiculous. A lot of other reviews have noted this, but it’s clear that nothing has been done to avoid wasting patients’ time.
After a long wait standing in the hallway with a bunch of other people, Dr. Regis was brusque, dismissive to family history and related podiatry issues, condescending, not listening to previous experiences or specifics about my current situation. I will only be returning simply because the office staff was helpful in scheduling follow up appointments, but as soon as current issue is handled, I will not be returning. I would *not* recommend her to anyone I cared about.

Very satisfied with my visit.

Great operation altogether

Dr. Regis was courteous and asked questions, but there were aspects of my appointment with her that struck me as unprofessional. She was dressed in a coat (rather than a lab coat) because she said the office was "too cold;" additionally, she started cutting my nail before I approved or was ready. When I asked for a non-stick adhesive pad to cover my injury, she told me that the office did not have any and gave me a regular Band-Aid. To her credit, she did ask an assistant to find an equivalent and the wound was covered properly. But I am writing this because I was made to feel uncomfortable during this appointment: I felt as if it was rushed, and that I as a person was peripheral to my injury and the doctor's task at hand.
Dr Regis is both personable and professionally efficient. A very pleasant visit overall. Felt I was in good hands with her astute observations and follow up questions and recommendations.
The office was very very busy , unorganized , patients weren’t wearing masks in the waiting area. I waited over an hour to see the dr. They never even took my vitals . Dr visit was all of maybe 4 minutes . Short and irritable . Not a good bedside manner . Best part of the visit was the office manager . Wiz ! only one who knew what they were doing ! She’s stuck out like a bright ligtn

VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES, NURSE AND DR.
Verified patient
I had a good experience although I was booked to see a foot doctor instead of an orthopedist. I made an error but saw another doctor any way. The doctor had a clear understanding of my condition which was I was happy about.
Verified patient
Overall Dr. Regis was friendly and listened to concerns. She could be a little agitated if the patient did not understand her instructions, but overall she gave good advice. I would say, though, that she could’ve been more supportive when it comes to asking patients in detail to accurately diagnose the problem.
very pleasant despite being my first time!
Verified patient
The doctor was knowledgeable. She took care of the problem I was having with my foot. The wait time was too long. I don't think I'll refer a friend.

Great bedside manner. Answered all my questions.
Proffessional, Answered all my concern
Very Good She explained everything
Excellent service and doctor
There’s good and bad here - the doc was knowledgeable and helpful with my visit, but I get the feeling that this place preys on people who don’t understand how medical billing works. They tried to keep my credit card on file without my permission to automatically charge if my insurance didn’t cover some of the charges. I brought it to their attention that I never agreed to that and they took it off my card. I just really would be wary of anywhere with shady billing practices like this.
Verified patient
The doctor herself was quick and kind and sorted out what needed to be done quickly and efficiently but the front of house staff was a mess. No reason I should be waiting 40- 1hr. Just to be checked in to begin waiting for the doctor.
Verified patient
Kind and very knowledgeable.
Happy with visit would reccomend.
