About Dr. Lyle Haskell

Dr Haskell grew up in Southern California. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA while lettering in Varsity Rowing. He completed his Podiatric Medical degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco and completed additional training in Dermatology at Cedars Sinai, Beverly Hills and General Orthopedics at USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. His Foot and Ankle surgical residency was completed here in Dallas. He is double board certified by both the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, an accomplishment obtained by less than 20% of all Podiatrists. Dr Haskell has additionally completed advanced training in Surgical Lasers, Biomechanics, Wound Care and complex Diabetic Charcot Foot Reconstruction, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Platelet Rich Plasma, Biologics and Fat Grafting. He provides in-office services including Ingrown Nail Surgery, Heel Pain / Plantar Fasciitis care and Lower Extremity Vascular Disease and Neuropathy diagnosis and treatment. Dr Haskell takes an Integrative Medicine approach to foot and ankle problems and considers the entire patient, emphasizing the doctor-patient relationship. When not seeing patients, Dr Haskell enjoys promoting a healthy lifestyle with his family via healthy diet, healthy outdoor activity including mountain biking, hiking and skiing and continued learning.
