I waited 1hr45 mins for this doctor to come in and seem like she’s rushing me out of there. Didn’t get a pleasant vibe from her. Seemed kinda gruff. After my follow up appt I will NOT be back. I’m not ever again waiting almost hours in a crowded office where they weren’t practicing any covid protocols for such poor service. Office Seems very overbooked

This is a very good full service office for urology conditions. They can get the consultation, lab work, and ultrasound all completed in the first appointment, and are professional to deal with.

If you want a considerate, professional experience, skip this place! The receptionist shouted my personal information across the office, doctor didn't get around to seeing me until 1:45 mins AFTER my appointment time. I did not feel comfortable having them examine me. THEN! This rude woman comes and says we have to change rooms, then messes up my blood draw, which was painful. Save yourself, go elsewhere.

Visit was super short . Went for a Pap smear first thing she said was I no longer do this I moved away from this I was extremely uncomfortable so I said I can leave but she said no . She said go on the bed cover up . No questions asked or anything .was rude asf . I would never even take my worst enemy here .

I’ve been having this unknown issue for a few months and I’ve been to 3 dr’s already. I FINALLY FEEL COMFORTABLE with her. She was so nice and listened to everything i had to say and she explained her self and she was just the nicest.

They were not practicing covid friendly procedures that caused me to wait in my car. I was taken to the back after a hour to wait one more hour. I was told to get undressed and someone accidentally walked in on me and did not apologize, she just closed the door. I had to ask 1 thousand questions because it was as though they didn’t really want to communicate with me. The front desk girl was extremely sweet and helpful.

The appointment was a complete waste of time. The nurse that saw me initially did not even take my vitals all she did was ask for my weight and height instead of checking it herself. When I finally saw Nurse Emag she was completely uninterested in doing the examination. She rushed the whole appointment because she assumed I could not have issues at my relatively young age. Then when I finally got her to agree to check for certain issues that we agreed upon before making the appointment she seemed visibly annoyed. Also there is no privacy of any kind. They do not have gowns or curtains so if someone walks in you will be completely exposed. The rooms appear dirty and you are expected to leave your urine sample unattended in the public bathroom which someone could tamper with. Overall, i think the clinic and this NP were very unprofessional and I do not trust them with my medical care. I went there because I thought it was convenient but now I see it was a huge mistake because now I have to start over at another clinic.

The staff were very kind, as well as Ms. Emag. Her and one of the technicians who performed a sonogram were professional and well trained, although I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen, when I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment time.

I have mixed feelings. I waited about an hour to be seen. When blood was taken from me, the nurse was having a hard time finding my vein so she was poking around for awhile which hurt and it took awhile for blood to come out. I have blood injection Phobia so it made it all the more hard for me. She apologized and said it was hard because I have a small vein but I never had to deal with that when having blood taken before. And then finally, when I saw the doctor/nurse practitioner, she was nice but didn't seem too caring and was in a rush. She didn't allow me full privacy when I had to undress waste down for the Pap smear/culture, and then she diagnosed me with a yeast infection before even seeing the results of my culture. How can she know if it's not just a physiological discharge? I'm not experiencing any itching or burning. She then sent a prescription for teraconzole to my pharmacy which I'm nervous to take. I see horrible reviews online and am hesitant about inserting anything up my vagina because it's very sensitive. Normally doctors recommend oral antifungals. I just hope it doesn't cause any bad reactions, and that all my results come back in a timely manner or I will be extremely upset. Other than that, everything was fine and the place is well designed and neat.

I did not get to see the doctor because they cancelled my appointment. I made the appointment a week in advance and they called me two days prior saying she won't be in. This isnt the first time this has happened with this doctor.

What a great office environment, support staff and Doctor! Truly impressed and grateful. Was referred here by my primary care physician for potentially low testosterone level. My first impression when I walked in was of entering a posh modern-art style Manhattan hotel reception. I was greeted pleasantly and filled out my 'first timer' paper work. The office offers free Wi-Fi, so I didn't have to waste my precious cell phone data. Big plus for us busy New Yorkers. The reception is spacious and was air conditioned, offering respite from the blistering humidity outside. I was called in shortly after completing the necessary paperwork. My urologist doctor Lyudmila Emag was pleasant, professional and accommodating. The visit did not feel rushed, which is a pet peeve of mine, my concerns were heard and addressed. The nurse took my bloodwork and I left the office relieved that I was treated with the kind of service expected from a professional medical clinic. I felt supported. Promptly, a day after, I received a message from the office with blood work results and the next step in treatment. Highly recommend you give these health experts a try, they know how to treat people with care.

I am so angry right now!!!! I went to my appointment almost 30 minutes early. my appt was at 2:30 I was seen after 4:30. The office was crazy crowded, everybody was complaining. I have not had such a horrible wait time in a long time. On top of that I had to go back and forth and pay the meter. When I finally left, I had a Big FAT $35 parking meter ticket :( I'm so upset and not looking forward to coming back here.
