About Machelle Dotson
Telemedicine visits are generally up to 20 or 30 minutes, cash pay at $90 per visit (follow up visits), except the initial visit, which is $120 (30 minute intake appointment). You will never be charged more than this amount per visit (either $90 or $120). Land Harris Health providers are in the process of getting enrolled with insurances, but this is a lengthy process and therefore cannot start advertising that we accept commercial insurance (yet). We are hopeful this will change in the near future.
About me -- I am a dedicated and compassionate Physician Associate (PA-C) and Clinical Director for the West Coast. I am committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. With a strong background in mental health care and general medication management, I offer a collaborative approach to patient care.

Don't use them for HRT! Prescribed me a really concerningly high level of estradiol valerate. I asked them if it was too high and they said it was fine. Labs came back and my estradiol levels were dangerously high and they told me to stop taking it immediately. Currently quartering my dose myself why I find a new provider.

Dr. Machelle Dotson...
Was a great listener and seemed to truly care about my transgender needs. The video call was terrific ?? kind of short on timeline but I'm aware now for myself to get to the point, I seem to talk a lot but I tried very hard to listen to her questions knowing that she'll take at heart what I telling her! She's great and I seek further care and discussions with her and finally feel I have someone watching over me. I'm a very private person and at this stage in my transition Dr Machelle Dotson is the only person who knows my dreams of being and living my life as I women. Shhhhhh.
