About Maggie Kestel
Maggie Kestel, FNP-C, was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Human Development & Family Studies and Psychology before pursuing her passion for healthcare at the Denver School of Nursing, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Maggie began her nursing career at the University of Colorado Hospital, where she spent seven years in inpatient care specializing in the Medical-Surgical and Pulmonary units. She later advanced her education by earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Dedicated to a holistic approach, Maggie believes that health is the foundation for living your best life. She focuses not only on medical needs but also on the functional and lifestyle aspects of her patients’ well-being. She takes time to get to know each individual, ensuring that every care plan is personalized and patient-centered.
Outside of work, Maggie cherishes time with her family, especially her two young children. She enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and sharing her love for nature with them.

I went in to establish care are to get a urine test done.
A full week went by with no results on the urine before I reached out to see if my results had come in.
I was then contacted by an MA who said they didn't know what happened to my lab results and to come back in to leave a sample.
No communication from the provider, no apology for delayed results or explanation.
So disappointed. Will not be returning.

I am so thrilled I found Maggie and will be using her as my primary care moving forward. I was able to get into the office right away. They were able to draw my blood and do my labs right in the office with results back the next day. She was a great listener and didn't just lump me into a category because of my age or gender. She explained the positives and negatives of each option realistically. I was able to be seen quickly. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I'm so happy I found this clinic and Maggie. A+.

Maggie went above and beyond to address all of my needs, beyond what I originally booked the appointment for. She listened and didn't downplay my experience (as I have experienced with other providers), was patient, and kind. She took extra care to make me feel comfortable and explained things clearly every step of the way.

My provider Maggie was kind and friendly, she listened to my concerns. I felt comfortable with my provider, the staff is also friendly. The office is so nice and clean, since you go in the building and elevator to the office it is very clean and welcoming.

I don’t think this provider really cared to listen to my concerns. I was in and out in 15 minutes. When I looked at my visit summary I noticed that the information was inaccurate. I will most likely look for another provider.
