I hold a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and a Master's in Business Administration, both from Illinois State University. I have over 12 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Working with a diverse patient population has allowed me to effectively support individuals with a wide range of needs and medical conditions. This experience has strengthened my ability to deliver passionate, evidence-based nutrition care. I have worked with many disease states, including diabetes, cardiac conditions, weight management, bariatrics, and kidney disease. Most recently, I have found my niche working with the oncology population, where I focus on optimizing nutrition care before, during, and after cancer treatment. I believe nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and I welcome all feedback so we can make your nutrition plan work best for you! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, and trying out new recipes!
