Wow, I am 68 and never had a better psychiatry appointment. She is friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic. With all my recent problems, I need some hand-holding through this medical process. She is exactly what I was looking for after many failed attempts with other psychiatric providers. Mandi understands the difficulty getting accurate information and working through the complex system called health care. She made me feel heard, validated and respected, what more can a patient ask!
